I would've given a couple more stars, however, as I was leaving the store today two of their workers stood right outside the doors gabbing. They were smoking and so I had to walk through their plumes of smoke. Nasty! They obviously need designated smoking areas here for their employees to avoid such a tacky display in front of the store. Sheesh. Also, there is no decent food for 3rd shift drivers or those of us who leave quite early in the morning.
I love this place. They sell the best fried chicken and tenders by Hens and Hogs...;)
The ladies room is clean. That's a bonus. The parking area is gravel with a small strip of concrete leading from the driveway to the fuel islands. I hope they plan to pave the parking area and put lines down. They also need trashcans out in the parking area as there are none.
The showers were nice, but lacked a shelf to set your stuff on as well as a fan. It wasn't very humid outside, but it was miserable in the shower room without some sort of air circulation. I hope in the future they remedy that. I didn't eat here as I've been to Golden Rule before. It isn't the best BBQ, but it's a local staple and the natives sure love their Golden Rule. The store is clean, but lacks a lot of variety. I mean, you can't get liter bottles of Dasani or Nestlé water here. I had to go across the street to Love's.
This gas station is very clean. The coffee is amazing and the pizza is so good. A great place to fuel up than any other place in the area. Staff is very helpful and kind. It's also a great place for truck drivers.
Poor customer service. Very dirty inside & out. Dirty & unclean food sales. Restrooms always look terrible. Cooler door for Beer on tap provides a constant mess.
